Day -99

The countdown is in the double digits people. California fire permit has been acquired. Gear is being lightened thanks to generous parents (birth-, god-, and grand-) aka my sponsors.

With the surprise of my unexpected early graduation (December instead of March) wearing off I am now working on making the most of the 3 months I have until I make my way down to California. The realization that I will not have an Environmental Studies minor accompanying my Psychology BS is disheartening, but on the bright side I can now use this time to study topics and volunteer for organizations that matter to me. Doing something about, instead of listening to professors drone on and on about, the state of our planet sounds much more rewarding.
