Barak to Tzofar

We walked on a dirt road all day. All freaking day. I almost lost my mind. During our breaks we tried to figure out if there were places to stay in the second town we would come across, Sapir, but ended up deciding to stay in Tzofar instead.

To get inside we had to walk around the perimeter fence that looked kind of jail like until we found the front entrance. We made a beeline to the grocery store where A bought hummus, pita and broccoli as a pre dinner snack. We made our way to the "inn" I had found on the Googles. They had camels! And baby goats and baby bunnies and a place for us to sleep! It was very nice. After putting a dent in the hummus we made our way back to the grocery store to get our resupply. It was a little trickier than usual since we had no idea what half the stuff was but we look forward to being surprised.

Back at the inn the person working there had dinner with us and explained that Tzofar is a settlement of about 60 farmers who grow dates and something else.... I forget.

In our hut I was able to charge my camera battery and my phone and transfer pictures between the two. We also took showers but our clothes are still dirty so.... tomorrow we will probably be just as dirty.
