Tzofar to Tzvira
We got up kind of slowly this morning not wanting to leave the comforts of town behind but we eventually made it back to the trail which took us past a solar farm that smelled like hard boiled eggs that had been left in the fridge too long. Before we left I snapped a picture of the camels.
Right after the solar farm we passed what remained of a stone structure with a sign describing it in Hebrew so we still don't know what it is.
We stopped under a large bunch of trees while I still had service to book a place to stay in Mitzpe Ramon for when N comes and joins us. Because we skipped that one road section a few days ago we are ahead of schedule so we are doing two short days so it takes an extra day for us to get to Mitzpe.
On one of the plateaus today we came across a large crack in the ground that was caused by the different types of rocks layered on top of each other. As the softer bottom layers erode away over time, the upper layer collapsed creating the crack.
We got to our night camp around 2 even after taking long breaks under all the trees we could find.
